To facilitate this RESTORE provide comprehensive property packs outlining ahead of enquiries all property and title matters. RESTORE is also committed to providing any requested information and assurances as quickly as possible to help buyers with financing and prevent any issues with related purchases.
POST-PURCHASE
As well as the reassurance that should be taken from RESTORE’s keen focus on quality of construction and finishing, all RESTORE properties come with a 10-year warranty. Prior to commencement of the warranty period RESTORE is responsible for dealing with any issues or defects should they arise. RESTORE is committed to dealing with all necessary matters promptly and to the high standard with which their developments are undertaken. All details for aftercare are provided with RESTORE’s property pack and we will endeavour to work with you in resolving any issues however small. The completion of your purchase is most certainly not the conclusion of RESTORE’s responsibility to you and your new home.
